  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, diced potatoes, and tomato paste.
  4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
