- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and onions, cooking until translucent.
