  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 pie crust (bottom and top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and cover with the top crust.
