  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.
  3. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
