1 pound ground beef
12 ounces egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese; stir until well blended.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
