Spicy Potato Noodles

A delicious and spicy twist on traditional noodles with the addition of turkey bacon for flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potato noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon and chop into small pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked potato noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Finally, add the chopped turkey bacon and green onions. Mix well and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
