- 2 cups potato noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked potato noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Finally, add the chopped turkey bacon and green onions. Mix well and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
