- 1 pound potato noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
