- 2 cups potato noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add red pepper flakes and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Finish with green onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a richer flavor.
