  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dice the cooled potatoes and add them to the bowl.
  4. Add the crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, and chopped green onions.
  5. Gently fold all ingredients together until well combined.
