  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
