  • 1 bunch fresh Thai basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  6. Place a few basil leaves and a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each wrapper.
  7. Roll the wrappers tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Serve rolls with dipping sauce of choice.
