  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup cucumbers, julienned
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in fresh Thai basil leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  5. Place a small amount of the beef mixture on each wrapper, along with cucumbers and carrots.
  6. Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
