The BEST Homemade Baked Mac with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same pot, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk while stirring until mixture thickens.
  5. Add cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, chicken ham, and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil for the last few minutes.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
