Experience the delightful fusion of traditional Turkish eggs and savory turkey bacon in this mouth-watering dish.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to a simmer and gently crack in the eggs.
  3. Poach the eggs for about 4 minutes until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, mix Greek yogurt with salt and prepare to plate.
  5. Once the eggs are poached, remove them and drain on paper towels.
  6. On a plate, spread the yogurt and place the poached eggs on top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a bit of spice, add chili flakes to the olive oil drizzle.
