- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
