  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
  6. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  8. Once cookies are cooled, drizzle ganache over the top.
