Vanilla Bean Brown Butter Cheesecake

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla bean paste, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool before refrigerating.
