Vegan Banana Bread: Easy, Healthy, and Deliciously Moist

VEGAN BANANA BREAD (HEALTHY + EASY)

This vegan banana bread is not only easy to make but also healthy and incredibly moist, perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour and cinnamon and stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best sweetness and flavor.
