Vegan KFC Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, pour the plant-based milk.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, then coat it with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the coated florets until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
