Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Salmon

A delicious take on classic comfort food featuring shrimp and salmon with a spicy Cajun twist.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning. Add to the skillet and cook until the shrimp are pink and salmon is cooked through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the pasta and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added spice, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
  • Feel free to substitute shrimp with chicken for a different protein option.
